Customer Service Representative

Are you organized, curious, and love helping people? Join our Italian Customer Service team and be the backbone that keeps our orders, returns, and customer inquiries running smoothly. This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract, offering a great opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-moving, sports-loving environment

What you will be doing:

• Support the team in daily order management and updates.
• Handle returns, complaints, and post-sales cases accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate shipping issues with warehouses and carriers.
• Assist with calls, emails, and Salesforce tasks to keep our customers happy.
• Issue credit or debit notes following company procedures.
• Jump in wherever the team needs support – flexibility is key
• Learn and use tools like SAP and Salesforce.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.

What you need to succeed:

• Fluent Italian with strong communication skills in English – able to clearly chat, write, and collaborate across teams.
• Customer service experience is more than welcome, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn matter most.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible - you get things done right and on time.
• Curious, tech-savvy, and eager to master tools like SAP and Salesforce.
• Positive, proactive team player - ready to jump in wherever needed.
• Driving license and car for easy commuting.
