The opportunity: We are looking to recruit a talented Tender & Contract Administration Specialist (Hybrid/Remote) to join our Business area dedicated to tenders, grants and business projects. This role combines hands-on document and process management with responsibility for ensuring the accuracy, compliance and timely completion of each tender process. It is an administrative and document-focused role, but also one with process ownership and control. RAL: 35€-43€ K ️ Responsibilities: Analysis of administrative and tender requirements Preparation and coordination of documentation requested by internal and external stakeholders Finalisation and review of tender and contract documentation in line with procedural and regulatory standards Support in analysing contract awards together with the area coordinator Other activities related to tender and contract administration
