The opportunity:

We are looking to recruit a talented Tender & Contract Administration Specialist (Hybrid/Remote) to join our Business area dedicated to tenders, grants and business projects.
This role combines hands-on document and process management with responsibility for ensuring the accuracy, compliance and timely completion of each tender process. It is an administrative and document-focused role, but also one with process ownership and control.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of administrative and tender requirements
• Preparation and coordination of documentation requested by internal and external stakeholders
• Finalisation and review of tender and contract documentation in line with procedural and regulatory standards
• Support in analysing contract awards together with the area coordinator
• Other activities related to tender and contract administration

Requirements:

• Degree in Law or Economics, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Solid understanding of regulations governing tenders, contracts and public/private funding
• Experience with national and international tenders, public and private
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
• Proficiency in Italian and English
• Previous experience in the Tech sector is a plus
• Knowledge of funding mechanisms and calls for proposals is a plus
