The opportunity:We are looking to recruit a talented Tender & Contract Administration Specialist (Hybrid/Remote) to join our Business area dedicated to tenders, grants and business projects. This role combines hands-on document and process management with responsibility for ensuring the accuracy, compliance and timely completion of each tender process. It is an administrative and document-focused role, but also one with process ownership and control. RAL:35€-43€ K ️ Responsibilities:Analysis of administrative and tender requirementsPreparation and coordination of documentation requested by internal and external stakeholdersFinalisation and review of tender and contract documentation in line with procedural and regulatory standardsSupport in analysing contract awards together with the area coordinatorOther activities related to tender and contract administration
