Your role : ResponsibilitiesAnalyze tender documentation (technical, administrative, commercial) to ensure compliance with requirements. Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender proposals and related documentation. Coordinate the process with multiple departments. Maintain tender repository, archiving all documentation. Stay updated on procurement regulations, legislation, and best practices relevant to tenders. Manage post-award activities: contract preparation, negotiation, and compliance. Monitor deadlines, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery of all proposals.QualificationsDegree in Law A minimum of 12 months of experience working with tenders Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Familiarity with tendering platforms High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data accurately for different stakeholders Team player mindset with excellent collaboration across functions, also able to work independentlyTo find out more about the specific business, have a look at Who we are : We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
