Per conto di un nostro cliente, primaria realtà assicurativa Ramo Danni, in fase di significativa espansione, siamo alla ricerca del:La figura, a diretto riporto del CEO e in costante interlocuzione con alcuni membri del Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società e della Capogruppo, sarà responsabile dell’Area Amministrazione e Controllo di Gestione e dell’Area Sinistri , entrambe strutturate con Funzionari di elevata seniority, per un team complessivo di circa 20 risorse.Avrà la responsabilità della gestione economico-finanziaria della Società e del coordinamento delle aree di competenza, curandone l’evoluzione organizzativa e garantendo l’efficacia ed efficienza dei processi e delle procedure aziendali.Responsabilità principali: Pianificazione economico-finanziaria e monitoraggio delle performance aziendali, con attività di analisi, forecasting e supporto al raggiungimento dei KPI;Collaborazione con il Risk Management nelle elaborazioni ORSA e presidio della reportistica regolamentare (Solvency II);Predisposizione del bilancio d’esercizio , dei bilanci periodici e degli adempimenti di vigilanza secondo i principi civilistici, Solvency II e IFRS 17 ;Coordinamento del calcolo delle riserve tecniche (premi e sinistri);Gestione della reportistica verso gli organi societari e la Capogruppo, garantendo elevata data quality;Attuazione e monitoraggio della politica degli investimenti;Presidio della compliance normativa e fiscale e gestione dei rapporti con società di revisione, Collegio Sindacale e Autorità di Vigilanza;Supervisione, in collaborazione con l’Area Sinistri, dei processi di liquidazione e dei principali KPI tecnici ed economici.Laurea in materie economiche o similari;Deve aver maturato un’esperienza consolidata di almeno 10–15 anni in ruoli di responsabilità analoghi, all’interno di Compagnie di Assicurazione o Società di Revisione , con focus specifico sul settore assicurativo – Rami Danni .Ottima conoscenza della normativa in materia finanziaria e fiscale, di bilancio, Solvency II e IFRS17;Solide competenze economico finanziarie;Spiccate doti comunicative e organizzative;Ottime capacità di gestione delle persone;Integrità e capacità di adattarsi ed accompagnare il cambiamento in maniera proattiva;Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Sede di lavoro: Milano (smart working 10 giorni al mese)#J-18808-Ljbffr
