Job brief Our client is a global leader in Near-Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy technology, dedicated to advancing rapid and non-destructive analytical solutions. Specializing in the design and manufacture of portable and online NIR analyzers, the company serves critical industries worldwide, including agriculture, food & feed, and advanced manufacturing. With a strong foundation in innovation and quality, the company is now executing a strategic expansion into the European market, seeking to establish a dedicated leadership presence to drive growth and partnership across the region. This is a foundational leadership role tasked with building and scaling our client's business across Europe.
The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to define the market entry strategy, establish the commercial infrastructure, and lead a high-performing team to introduce a leading portfolio of NIR analytical solutions. This position offers significant autonomy and impact, ideal for an entrepreneurial leader passionate about bringing innovative technology to new markets. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Execute European Strategy: Create and lead the comprehensive business plan for Europe.
