Role OverviewTheHR Technology & People Analytics Specialist , based atSomacis HQ in Castelfidardo , reports to theHR Manager .This is astrategic and hands-on roleresponsible for designing, implementing, and optimizingHR systems and analytics frameworksthat enable data-driven workforce management. The specialist ensures that HR technology supportsefficient, compliant, and scalable HR processesacross Somacis’ global operations, providinginsights and predictive analysisto guide workforce planning, talent management, and organizational strategy.The role is central tostreamlining HR operations , improving reporting accuracy, and driving adoption ofinnovative HR solutionsacross multiple countries.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Technology Management Configure, administer, and optimize HR systems includingATS, LMS, HCM, Time & Attendance, performance management and succession planning tools . Lead theimplementation of new HR technologies , system upgrades, and platform integrations. Act asHR system expert , translating business requirements into technical solutions. Maintaindata integrity, accuracy and security , ensuring compliance with GDPR and corporate policies. Providetraining and supportto HR team members, managers, and end-users.People Analytics & Workforce InsightsCollect, clean, and analyze HR data to deliveractionable insightsfor business decisions. Develop dashboards and reports on key metrics:turnover, absenteeism, headcount, talent mobility, performance, L&D, engagement, HR costs . Buildpredictive modelsto forecast workforce needs, identify retention risks, and support succession planning. Collaborate withFinance, Operations, and Leadershipto align workforce analytics with strategic and operational goals.HR Process Improvement & Digital TransformationIdentify opportunities toautomate and streamline HR processes , including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee development. Partner with cross-functional teams todigitally transform HR workflows , improving efficiency and data visibility. Supportstandardization of HR processesacross Somacis’ international subsidiaries. Act as a key contributor inHR projectsaimed at organizational development and process optimization.Stakeholder Collaboration & AdvisoryAct as a trusted partner forHR leadership and business managers , providing data-driven insights for workforce planning, talent management, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives. Communicatecomplex HR metrics and analyticsin clear, actionable language for decision-makers. Support global HR strategy by ensuring HR technology and analytics providescalable solutionsfor a rapidly growing multinational environment.RequirementsDegree inEconomics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, HR Managementor related fields. 2+ years of experiencein HR Technology, HRIS, HR Systems, or People Analytics roles; experience in multinational or PE-backed companies preferred. Strong proficiency inExcel and BI tools(Power BI, Tableau or similar). Hands-on experience withHR digital platforms , workflow automation, and HR digital transformation projects. Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills . Accuracy, attention to detail, and acontinuous improvement mindset . Excellentcommunication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills . Good command ofEnglish ; additional languages a plus.Work location:Somacis HQ, Castelfidardo (AN)Reporting line:HR Manager
