What you will do: Lead and manage commercial initiatives with industrial and large commercial clients, expanding the company’s presence in the Italian energy market by developing and delivering tailored renewable energy solutions that align with clients’ decarbonization and efficiency objectives, while ensuring strong financial performance and operational excellence across the project lifecycle. General responsibilities: Develop and expand key client relationships, engaging directly with industrial decision-makers, procurement leaders, and energy managers to identify, structure, and deliver distributed generation solutions that support their strategic energy and sustainability objectives. Drive opportunity development for on-site energy projects (e.g., Solar PV, BESS, heat electrification, energy efficiency), ensuring full alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities. Lead commercial structuring and negotiation, coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, legal, operations) to develop competitive, profitable, and compliant offers that balance client value and company returns, while continuously improving internal processes and client engagement practices. Navigate the Italian regulatory environment, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of national and regional energy policies, permitting procedures, and grid connection requirements, and translating these into actionable insights that enhance project feasibility and return on investment. Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and professional forums, strengthening brand visibility, market presence, and credibility within the Italian industrial energy ecosystem.
