YOUR MISSION:As a Lead/Senior Solution Engineer (f/m/d)* at Parloa, you play a central role in helping customers understand the real value of our conversational AI platform. You’ll guide prospects and customers through their technical journey with us - shaping solutions, validating feasibility, and ensuring each engagement is grounded in business impact. Working in close partnership with Sales, you’ll run discovery, design architectures, lead technical evaluations, and support a seamless path from first conversation to successful project.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:Be responsible for the full spectrum of the technical sales process, from identifying customer pain to proving solutions.Work closely with assigned sellers, co‑owning accounts, and sales campaigns in the assigned territory.Develop territory plans, participate in sales calls, lead technical deep dives, and conduct Proof of Value / Proof of Concept sessions with customer technical teams.Contribute to improving internal processes, documentation, and ways of working.Represent the customer voice in roadmap conversations with Product and Engineering.Collaborate with the global Solution Engineering Team, Enterprise
