Il Team HR & Finance di Randstad Professional LSS, divisione focalizzata sulla ricerca e selezione di profili di Middle & Senior Management, è alla ricerca, per conto di un'importante realtà multinazionale leader nel settore chimico e della nutrizione vegetale, di un: Senior Accountant Gestione della contabilità generale e supervisione end-to-end del ciclo attivo e passivo, garantendo la correttezza delle rilevazioni contabili. Gestione in autonomia delle chiusure mensili, trimestrali e annuali (Local GAAP e supporto ai principi di Gruppo), assicurando il rispetto dei rigidi calendari di reporting multinazionale. Gestione delle riconciliazioni intercompany, dei cespiti e della tesoreria (monitoraggio flussi e riconciliazioni bancarie). Supporto diretto nella redazione del bilancio d’esercizio, interfaccia principale per gli auditor esterni e garante della conformità fiscale (liquidazioni IVA, LIPE, Intrastat e dichiarativi). Collaborazione nell'ottimizzazione dei processi amministrativi su sistema ERP. Almeno 10 anni di esperienza maturati in ruoli analoghi all'interno di realtà multinazionali o in contesti strutturati; Conoscenza approfondita di SAP; Inglese fluente (livello B2/C1), fondamentale per la gestione della reportistica e l'interazione con l’HQ estero; Laurea in Economia o discipline affini; ottima conoscenza della normativa civilistica e fiscale italiana; Doti di precisione, affidabilità e capacità di analisi.
