About Brooks International

Brooks International, a Global Professional Services Firm, is seeking Implementation Specialists and Consultants with a proven track record of success.

Position Overview:

Implementation Specialists will operate as part of the engagement team, typically consisting of 5-7 members, led by an Engagement Manager. Responsibilities include:

  • Driving day-to-day execution and success of large-scale transformations directly sponsored by the Client CEO.
  • Applying a proven methodology-driven approach that focuses on optimization, execution, and implementation.
  • Working directly with clients on site, ranging from the C-Suite to front-line workers, and taking ownership of a specific area of the overall transformation.
  • Delivering transformational requirements within your area by role-modeling, coaching, and directly influencing alongside your clients, driving success and optimized performance.

The positions and expected compensation are as follows:

Implementation Specialist Roles:
  • Implementation Specialist I: Commensurate, Expected Position Tenure: 1-2 Engagement Cycles (6-12 months)
  • Implementation Specialist II: Commensurate, Expected Position Tenure: 2-3 Engagement Cycles (12 months)
  • Senior Implementation Specialist: $80,000 - $130,000, Expected Position Tenure: 2-3 Engagement Cycles (12 months)
Senior Leadership Roles:
  • Engagement Manager: $250,000 - $350,000+, Expected Position Tenure: 3-4 Engagement Cycles (18 months)
  • Managing Partner: $350,000 - $1,000,000+, Expected Position Tenure: Unlimited

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • 2-8 years of consistent and demonstrated success in a rigorous management role in one of the following areas: Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Program/Project Management, and Engineering
  • The desire to travel and work directly on the client site each week (paid travel, lodging, transportation, meals, cellular etc.)
  • The legal right to work full time in Europe without the requirement of sponsorship by either a company or third party
  • Currently hold a EU passport, or the ability to obtain one prior to your start date
  • The following personal attributes: intellectual curiosity, a passion for business leadership, a positive attitude, and belief in what's possible, unwavering self-discipline, commitment to mission, and the inherent urge to do what's right
  • The ability and commitment to maintain professionalism at all times, work under pressure while achieving the highest level of quality, seek direction, improve all skills required for the role, and rapid professional development

The positions offer a lucrative compensation package consisting of a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus (Implementation Specialist II and above), and a comprehensive benefit package, including employer-funded health, vision, and dental benefits, life insurance, short and long-term disability, 401(k) savings plan, and paid time off.
