Il Diversity&Inclusion Hub di Adecco, Per conto di un’azienda operante nel settore INDUSTRIA CHIMICA-FARMACEUTICA con sede in provincia di Frosinone, ricerchiamo Specialisti Ispezione Visiva GMP appartenenti alle categorie protette ai sensi dell’ART 18 - CATEGORIE PROTETTE. La posizione prevede attività in un contesto produttivo regolato da standard qualitativi elevati e dal rispetto rigoroso delle Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). La risorsa sarà coinvolta nel controllo visivo dei prodotti, contribuendo alla conformità del materiale lavorato e alla sicurezza del paziente finale. L’ambiente di lavoro è strutturato, caratterizzato da procedure definite e dalla presenza di team dedicati alla qualità, alla produzione e al supporto operativo lungo l’intero processo. Responsabilità • Eseguire attività di ispezione visiva dei prodotti secondo le procedure GMP aziendali e le istruzioni operative scritte. • Segnalare tempestivamente eventuali non conformità, anomalie o difetti riscontrati durante l’ispezione visiva, compilando la relativa documentazione richiesta. • Mantenere l’ordine e la pulizia dell’area di lavoro, assicurando il corretto utilizzo delle attrezzature dedicate alle attività di ispezione visiva GMP. • Collaborare con il personale di produzione e con le funzioni di qualità per garantire il rispetto degli standard previsti in ambito INDUSTRIA CHIMICA/ CHIMICA-FARMACEUTICA. • Applicare in modo costante le norme di sicurezza, igiene e comportamento previste dalle procedure interne e dalla normativa vigente nel settore GMP. Skill e Professionalità • Laurea Magistrale in chimica o Laurea in chimica, coerente con le attività previste nel contesto produttivo di riferimento. • Capacità di svolgere controlli e attività ripetitive con elevata attenzione al dettaglio e alla qualità del risultato finale. • Buona comprensione delle logiche di base delle Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) applicate al settore chimico-farmaceutico. • Precisione nella compilazione di documentazione cartacea o elettronica, con cura nella registrazione dei dati richiesti dalle procedure aziendali. • Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione con diverse funzioni operative, mantenendo un approccio disponibile e orientato al rispetto delle regole.
