Join to apply for theM&A Analyst - Underwritingrole atLHH6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Per azienda cliente, assicuratore internazionale specializzato in polizze per fusioni e acquisizioni (M&A) sono alla ricerca di un/una M&A Analyst - Underwriting.Responsibilities La risorsa, supporterà i colleghi nella preparazione dei rischi, nell’analisi delle submission e nel contributo alle decisioni strategiche.Questo ruolo è ideale per professionisti all’inizio della carriera che desiderano sviluppare competenze tecniche nell’underwriting e costruire un percorso nel settore assicurativo.Il Profilo si occuperà diPreparare e revisionare le submission per fornire insight agli underwriter.Supportare i flussi di lavoro quotidiani, inclusi NDA, richieste e attività amministrative.Collaborare con i team Finance, Tax e W&I nella gestione dei rischi e nella definizione dei prezzi.Assistere nell’analisi dei dati, nella reportistica e nella redazione delle clausole contrattuali.Mantenere registri accurati e materiali di formazione sui sistemi.Costruire solide relazioni con broker e altri assicuratori.Partecipare a progetti di underwriting live e a eventi di networking.Sviluppare costantemente conoscenze di underwriting, capacità di giudizio e competenze di settore.Your Profile Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti (inserire hard skills):Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza;Abilitazione forense (1-2 PQE);esperienza in materia di due diligence maturata all'interno di Studi Legali struttuati;voglia di investire nell'ambito assicurativo.I candidati, nel rispetto del D.lgs. 198/2006, D.lgs 215/2003 e D.lgs 216/2003, sono invitati a leggere l’l'informativa sulla privacy consultabile sotto il form di richiesta dati della pagina di candidatura (Regolamento UE n. 2016/679)Seniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Finance and SalesIndustries Human Resources ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at LHH by 2xWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
