Per F2A, parte del gruppo Sd Worx, cerchiamo un Hr Budget Analytics, per la sede di Milano.Scopo della Posizione: Supportare lo sviluppo e il test del software, in particolare del Costo del Lavoro e Budget, attraverso un controllo della qualità basato su processi SDLC.Finalità della Posizione: Esperienza nelle applicazioni di Gestione del Personale, in particolare del Costo del Lavoro e Budget Esperienza dei processi di test Ottima capacità di documentazione e reportistica in particolar modo uso di excel Buone capacità di comunicazione e collaborazione con team interfunzionali Spiccata propensione alla metodologia e al dettaglio Capacità di lavorare seguendo rigorosamente i processi Costituisce titolo preferenziale una precedente esperienza con l’utilizzo dell’applicazione InfoBudgetPrincipali caratteristiche, competenze ed esperienze maturate: Richiesta ottima conoscenza degli strumenti Office: Excel (mandatoria) Conoscenza di almeno un Linguaggio di Programmazione, preferibile: XML SQL Condizioni di inserimento Sede di Lavoro: Remoto e in ufficio a Milano, via Caldera
