You’ll partner closely with the Finance Director, General Manager, and the EMEA HR community to build a robust, strategic and people-centric HR organisation.What You’ll OwnFull HR leadership for Italy across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning & General ServicesStrategic HR business partnering with sales leadersHiring & onboarding young, early-career talent and strengthening the quality of their sales recruitmentCulture, engagement & development for a fast-moving, non-hierarchical, highly collaborative teamEmployee relations & conflict resolution as the go-to escalation pointRebuilding HR foundations after a transition period, bringing structure, compliance and operational excellence backLeading & growing a small HR teamWho You Are5–7 years of senior HR roles (HR Manager or Senior HRBP), ideally in sales-driven environments (FMCG, retail, field sales, consumer goods, etc.)A pro at recruiting and developing field sales talentStrong in employee relations, conflict management and Italian labour lawHands-on, fast, pragmaticA natural coach and team leaderInformal, people-oriented and commercially mindedBusiness fluent in Italian and EnglishSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesCommercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
