In this key role, you will drive the financial heartbeat of our company.Your work will play a critical part in shaping strategic decisions, securing high-value investments, and supporting the growth of an ambitious and fast-evolving company in the renewable energy sector.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain financial models for project acquisitions, financings and M&A activitiesCoordinate due diligence for acquisitions and financingsPrepare market reports, investment memorandums, and project teasers.Assist with the origination, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions.Analyze investment drivers, perform sensitivity analyses, and assess tax and regulatory implications.Conduct research, perform statistical analyses and ccollaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.5+ years of working experienceAdvanced Excel skillsStrong analytical and financial modeling abilitiesExperience in Project Finance and/or M&AExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to manage multiple transactions and prioritize tasksExperience with a Big Four firm is a plusFluency in Italian and EnglishSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and Sales#J-18808-Ljbffr
