Position Join our team as Product Manager from our headquarters' offices in Brugine (Padua), and remotely from home. We consider a great mix working remotely from home and meeting colleagues in the offices. We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our team focused on Humidification Platform . The Product Manager will provide for collecting and managing market requirements , analysing competitor's products and contributing to define the roadmap for new products . In collaboration with the Product Management team, the Product Manager will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of a product line and leverage continuous innovation to improve Quality , Cost and Delivery performances of the product. Being successful in this role requires having excellent communication skills , being self-motivated and able to work as part of a team. It requires passion for creating best in class solutions and a strong vision for the product as well as a high level of flexibility, proactivity and time management skills. Requirements 3-5 years in a similar position , preferably in the B2B electronics industry. Strong cross-functional teamwork attitude . Curious and passionate with electromechanical disciplines Conscious on how HVAC/R units will impact on the Environment Highly motivated and able to show initiative and accountability within a dynamic work environment An ability to find innovative approaches to problem solving and to show initiative in overcoming challenges. Solid communications skills in English , both written and verbal, including the ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to audiences possessing technically diverse skillsets and backgrounds. The role is global , it requires the ability to travel internationally and to work with distributed teams. Other information What we offer Work-life balance : remote working and flexitime.
