**Posizione**:
As a Product Manager, you will play a central role in defining and executing the **product roadmap**, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis. You will oversee the entire **product lifecycle**—from concept to delivery—while ensuring continuous improvement in terms of **Quality, Cost, Delivery and Variety**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and prioritize product features and initiatives for digital platforms and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to bring new products to market effectively.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and track competitor trends to inform product decisions.
- Act as a strategic leader for the product, ensuring a strongfocusoninnovationandusersatisfaction. Monitor and measure product success through KPIs and adapt strategies as necessary.

**Requisiti**:

- Proven experience in Product Management for digital services and platforms, with a track record of delivering successful solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to find innovative approaches to problem solving and to show initiative in overcoming challenges.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans, highly motivated and able to show initiative and accountability within a dynamic work environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid communications skills in English, both written and verbal, including the ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to audiences possessing technically diverse skillsets and backgrounds.
- This is a global role that requires availability to travel internationally and to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
