Attraverso format innovativi di après-ski ed eat-ertainment, creiamo esperienze straordinarie che fondono musica, food & beverage, performance e social sharing nelle località più esclusive delle Alpi : Courmayeur, Madonna di Campiglio, Cervinia e Cortina d’Ampezzo.ResponsibilitiesComunicare e coordinarsi con il proprio Guest Manager e il team guest per garantire il miglior servizio clientiSupportare il Guest Manager nel coordinamento delle prenotazioni per il ristorante e l’après-skiConfermare e gestire le prenotazioni degli ospitiAccogliere gli ospiti con professionalitàAssistere gli ospiti dal momento dell’arrivo fino al pagamento, fornendo informazioni utili riguardanti la struttura e i nostri serviziGestione delle chiamate telefoniche, le e-mail e i messaggi degli ospiti in modo tempestivo e corteseRaccogliere e trasferire al Guest Manager problemi e reclami degli ospitiCollaborare con altri dipartimenti per risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi inconvenienteOccuparsi della pulizia delle postazioni di accoglienza e della strumentazioneQualificationsAffronti il freddo con il sorriso : sei pronto / a a dominare anche le sfide climatiche più estremeResti zen quando la pressione sale : niente ti fa perdere la calmaRisolvi problemi al volo con ingegno e velocitàLa cura dei dettagli è la tua ossessione e il tuo stile lascia il segnoIl tuo spirito di squadra è esplosivo : sei sempre pronto / a a dare una mano ai tuoi compagniPer te la fatica non è un limite invalicabile ma un passo verso il successoParli italiano (e se conosci inglese o francese, sei davvero imbattibile)Contract and BenefitsUn contratto stagionaleVitto e alloggioSconto del 20% sullo shop e sul F&BRange di retribuzione €1.400-1.800 (mance escluse)Se hai il DNA di un vero 5 Club Hero, il nostro palcoscenico ti aspetta.#J-18808-Ljbffr
