Proposal Manager Adecco Lifescience is looking for a Proposal Manager who will report to the CEO and be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of the commercial proposal development process, ensuring technically accurate, competitive offers aligned with business objectives. The role includes constant interfacing with multidisciplinary internal teams (scientists, technicians) and external clients, ensuring each proposal or subsequent contractual modification responds promptly to client requests and market needs. Responsibilities Manage the entire proposal development process. Ensure technical accuracy, competitiveness, and business alignment of offers. Interface with internal multidisciplinary teams and external clients. Respond in a timely manner to client requests and market requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably mechanical or managerial). 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in structured or international settings. Additional Information The position is located in Milano (MI). Candidates from abroad are not considered for this role.
