We’re creating intelligent automation and resource management systems that eliminate friction for engineering teams working with lab hardware—solving complex problems in resource orchestration, state management, and distributed systems to ensure hardware is always available, properly configured, and ready when teams need it. You’ll architect platforms for smart resource allocation that prevent conflicts across multiple teams, build automation tools that eliminate manual toil for lab engineers, and create intuitive discovery interfaces that accelerate Leo’s development velocity by removing infrastructure bottlenecks and enabling uninterrupted access to critical lab resources. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.
