Help us actively shape our success story.Your RoleAs Sales Manager Germany, you will take full ownership of our sales activities in the German hospitality market. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy across Germany. This is a hands-on role with high autonomy and direct impact.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle for the German hospitality market (prospecting → demo → closing)Apply sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or BANTBuild and manage a strong pipeline of hotels, resorts, and hospitality groupsConduct discovery calls and product demos tailored to customer needsDevelop long-term relationships with decision-makers (GM, IT, Operations, Marketing)Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and partnershipsProvide structured feedback from the market to Product & LeadershipRepresent Guestnet at industry events, trade fairs, and partner meetingsIdentify and research target accounts (hotels, resorts, hospitality groups)Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls and product demosMaintain and continuously improve CRM data quality (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive)Collaborate with the leadership team to develop, validate, and scale repeatable sales playbooksProvide structured feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on customer interactionsContribute to a high-performing, positive, and collaborative sales cultureAbout GuestnetGuestnet is a leading SaaS platform for digital guest experience in hospitality.
