They are currently going through a period of substantial growth and are looking to bring an extra member into their team.The role As the Sales Manager - Italy you will be responsible for developing new business within the D-I-Y market. You will create a business plan to outline revenue and growth goals whilst creating a strategy to meet these goals. You will manage larger key customer accounts and act as the first point of contact.Key responsibilitiesDevelop new business within the D-I-Y marketCreate a business plan including targeted revenue and growthLiaising with marketing to co-ordinate business activitiesAct as the first point of contact for various DIY accounts and distributorsBuild up key customer relationships and long term partnershipsReporting directly to boardIdeal Candidate You will already be a successful Sales Manager - Italy for an electronic, robotic or D-I-Y business. You will be confident in creating a business vision and always working towards this. You will be able to manage key accounts and will be able to collaborate with cross functional teams of experts. You must have the ability to build strong business and personal relationships whilst developing profitable
