Offriamo soluzioni complete, affidabili e innovative, con una rete capillare di distribuzione e una forte attenzione alla qualità del servizio.Descrizione del ruoloTramite la nostra partecipata Pati Service S.r.l a Villaverla, stiamo cercando un Marketing Specialist, con una forte sensibilità verso i mercati food service e artigianale. La risorsa si occuperà dell’implementazione del piano marketing della società, in coordinamento con le linee guida marketing dell’HQ e con l’obiettivo di rafforzare il posizionamento del brand Saima Group, supportare le vendite e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business.Responsabilità principaliImplementare il piano marketing annuale in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.Sviluppare e coordinare le campagne di comunicazione, sia online che offline.Gestire la presenza digitale dell’azienda: sito web, social media, DEM, SEO/SEM.Supportare la forza vendita con strumenti promozionali, materiali di comunicazione e iniziative locali.Curare l’identità visiva e la brand image dell’azienda e dei suoi marchi distribuiti.Coordinare eventi, fiere di settore, open day e attività di trade marketing.Collaborare con fornitori e partner per campagne co-branded o iniziative congiunte.Monitorare KPI e ROI delle attività marketing, predisponendo report e proposte di ottimizzazione. RequisitiLaurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Economia o affini.Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruoli di marketing, preferibilmente in aziende B2 B nel settore food o distribuzione.Conoscenza degli strumenti di digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM, email marketing).Capacità di analisi e orientamento ai risultati.Eccellenti doti relazionali e di project management.Proattività, creatività e capacità di lavorare in autonomia.Gradita la conoscenza del settore gelateria/pasticceria/panificazione/horeca.
