About The RoleAs a Business Development Manager at Fuller, you’re more than a salesperson — you’re a technical partner. You will collaborate with global teams, visit customer sites, and work closely with clients to understand their operations, identify needs, and shape solutions that deliver measurable results. This role turns technical insight into strategic influence and long‑term partnerships into sustained business growth. The Business Development Manager focuses on market creation and opportunity definition, while commercial execution and contract negotiations remain the responsibility of the regional and product line sales teams.

About The DepartmentThis position will be based in Italy, reflecting the close and continuous interaction with Product Line technical and sales specialists.
