The portfolio includes several mature, revenue-generating products that are actively evolving post-launch.This role is part of a stable, long‑term team focused on sustainable growth, quality delivery, and well‑structured processes.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Product Owner to act as the key link between business stakeholders and the development team. This is a delivery‑ and execution‑focused role, not a discovery or product strategy position.You will take full ownership of the product backlog for existing SaaS/B2C products, ensuring that incoming business and technical requests are clearly structured, prioritised and delivered with high quality and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Backlog OwnershipAct as a single point of ownership for incoming product and technical requestsCollect, clarify, and structure requirements from stakeholdersTranslate requests into well‑defined Jira tickets with clear acceptance criteriaOwn and continuously groom the product backlog based on business prioritiesDelivery & ExecutionCoordinate closely with the development team on a daily basisReact quickly to changing priorities and adjust scope and sequencing when neededRemove blockers, answer implementation questions, and ensure smooth deliveryValidate completed work against requirements and manage follow‑up actionsDocumentation & CommunicationMaintain structured documentation in Confluence (requirements, flows, updates)Track progress, risks, and dependenciesProvide regular status updates to stakeholdersProactively identify gaps, ambiguities, or risks in requirementsProcess ImprovementSupport continuous improvement of Jira workflows and delivery processesHelp maintain clear standards for documentation and backlog managementRequirementsProven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS or digital B2C productsStrong experience working with existing, live products (post‑launch lifecycle)Hands‑on experience working in Agile / Scrum environmentsAbility to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineersStrong skills in requirement structuring and backlog prioritisationSolid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to work with design assetsHigh attention to detail, structure, and ownership mindsetNice to HaveExperience working with multiple products simultaneouslyBackground in delivery, business analysis, or operations‑heavy product rolesExperience in high‑traffic or high‑scale digital productsWhat’s OfferedLong‑term, full‑time cooperationFully remote work (Europe‑based candidates preferred)Flexible working hours22 paid vacation days per yearWork on mature, high‑impact digital products with millions of usersCalm, structured, and drama‑free working environmentCompany‑sponsored learning and upskilling#J-18808-Ljbffr
