Role Purpose Execute site-specific relocation plans through collaboration with Space Planners Facility Managers Move Vendors and local lines of business representatives adhering to quality and best practice methodologies. What this job involves Moves Adds Changes :Provide a single point of contact for all move management activities Own relationships with MAC and related suppliers including procurement communications planning and performance management Ensure all move management activities are performed consistent with documented processes schedule and budget ensuring client satisfaction Collaborate with Space Planners Facility Managers Project Managers and Construction Managers to establish move project goals and objectives Execute relocation and migration projects within CAFM / IWMS technology Administer all finance processes with MAC suppliers and contribute to site FM's budget and forecasting exercises Ensure all project initiation execution and closeout documentation are complete Manage employee communications for moves and projects Report on churn cost metrics post-move surveys and volumetric move data Report on project status and update tracking maintaining files for due diligence and financialsSpace Data Management :Ensure data accuracy within Space technology for assigned locations Manage new hire and internal
