TIPOLOGIA DI CONTRATTO : INDETERMINATOSEDE DI LAVORO : MILANO ZONA CENTROLa risorsa, per Jones Lang Lasalle SpA, società Commercial Real Estate, si occuperà di esecuzione piani di trasferimento per sito attraverso la collaborazione con Space Planner, Facility Manager, fornitori di traslochi e rappresentanti delle linee di business locali, supervisione accuratezza dati nella tecnologia Space per le ubicazioni assegnate, gestione assegnazioni nuove assunzioni e trasferimenti interni nel sistema CAFM, conduzione audit dati nei sistemi aziendali e tecnologici, esecuzione audit fisici degli spazi per modifiche e coordinamento con i Space Data Manager, gestione e cura relazione cliente, partecipazione riunioni di pianificazione ospitate dalla clientela, Occupancy & Space Planning e altri stakeholder chiave, coordinamento dati asset per FF&E (mobili, accessori e attrezzature) tramite terze parti, aggiornamento piani del Sito per Directory ed Evacuazione.PROFILO IDEALE :titolo studio non inferiore a diploma Scuola Superiore, esperienze pregresse in gestione servizio clienti, altamente preferibile esperienza con strumenti di project management, capacità analitiche e di problem-solving, ottime capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta, competenza in gestione di più progetti contemporaneamente, capacità di lavorare con team locali e regionali, esperienza in progetti di trasferimento uffici, preferibile esperienza CAFM / IWMS, buon uso Pacchetto Office.ORARIO DI LAVORO E CCNL : Full time – CommercioRETRIBUZIONE : RAL range indicativo€ ,bonus annuale variabile,ticket Restaurant€ 8, assicurazione sanitaria, vita, salute, infortuni (anche per famigliari)Le selezioni si svolgeranno in occasione del recruiting day presso EXPOTRAINING,FIERA MILANO RHOStrada Statale Sempione, 28, ***** Rho MI,Venerdì 31 ottobre09 : ***** : 30.Per partecipare, candidati e registratiqui : https : / / expotraining.it /L'offerta è rivolta a tutte le persone nel rispetto delle pari opportunità di genere, diversità e inclusione (ai sensi Dlgs ********** , ********** e **********)#J-*****-Ljbffr
