Role And Responsibilities Your Key Responsibilities Analyze the customer’s needs and technical requirements, performing demonstrative and applicative activities, and post-sales support as well, directly at the customer; Deliver application training on the whole HME line-up at the customer or at national/regional congresses; Support the customer remotely by providing help-desk service when needed; Support the customer by adapting the device settings according to the specific applicative needs, and by illustrating the features of product and application potential; Report on all activities delivered at the customer, providing insight on outcomes and possible improvements on process/product/application features. Skills And Qualifications What we need for this role Educational Background: Bachelor, Master preferably in Biomedical or Computer Engineering. Professional Background: at least 2 years’ experience in Ultrasound Pre-Post Sales / Application Specialist roles or alternatively similar experience with other medical devices. Computer Knowledge: Very good MS Office tools. Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken Italian and English. Travel required: 80% domestic transfers. International transfers may occur.
