Deine Aufgaben Betreung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unseres Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-Systems Second-Level-Support sowie Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Systemperformance Unterstützung von Business Product Ownern und CRM-Spezialisten bei technischen Lösungen und Individualisierungen Entwicklung und Pflege von Schnittstellen (z.B. Oracle, Power BI) und integrativen Komponenten Sicherstellung hoher Code-Qualität und Testing nach Best Practices Bearbeitung und Lösung von Supportfällen Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams zur Systemintegration Womit du uns überzeugst Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Plattform, Azure und SQL Server Fundierte Kenntnisse in Plugin-Entwicklung, JavaScript, .NET/C#, Solution Design und CI/CD Sicher im Diagnostizieren und Beheben technischer Probleme, proaktive Systemoptimierung Erfahrung mit PowerApps, Power Automate, Powershell, HTML und Git Microsoft-Zertifizierungen (z.B.
