As a digital asset provider and accelerator, we support Web3 startups and inject liquidity into promising DeFi, RWA, and NFT protocols. At Keyrock, we actively build the future of digital assets.Role MissionAn experienced Rust developer will support the growth of our infrastructure, based on a constantly evolving technology stack. Working with engineers, data scientists and architects, you will plan and develop new features, integrate new liquidity sources, and structure financial systems. You will engage in technical discussions with architects, contribute to the global architecture, and help shape the engineering direction.ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation, setup and deployment of trading algorithms, and sign off on technical approaches.Assist product managers in planning technical solutions, making trade‑offs and decisions aligned with the broader roadmap.Mentor engineering members and actively participate in code reviews.Review performance metrics and data analysis to identify weaknesses and optimise activities.Ensure processes are well documented.Background and ExperienceAt least 5 years of back‑end coding experience in C++, Rust, Go or Java.Experience with Rust is essential.Familiarity or interest in trading.Understanding of financial markets and trading algorithms in order‑book systems.Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills.Nice to Have (Not Essential)Minimum one year of relevant experience in DeFi, Web3 or a DAO.Familiarity with AWS.Experience with non‑EVM chains.Full‑Time, Mid‑Senior Level – Europe Time Zone PreferredThe role is full‑time, mid‑senior level and prefers candidates based in the Europe time zone to align with the wider team.Interview ProcessShort technical interview with the hiring manager.Technical challenge.Technical challenge debrief.Final meeting with the wider team.Our OfferCompetitive salary package.Autonomy in time management through flexible working hours and remote work options.The freedom to create your own entrepreneurial experience by being part of a high‑performance team.We welcome employees of all backgrounds, and hire, reward and promote based on merit and performance.
