As a Travel Specialist Intern, you will join our HR Administration, Payroll & Mobility team, supporting the team in the day-to-day management of business travel and international mobility activities across NHOA Energy and its international subsidiaries.
This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international and dynamic environment, working closely with HR, Finance, employees and external providers.
What you will do
Travel Management
- Support the organization and coordination of business travel, including transportation, accommodation and visa arrangements.
- Assist employees with travel-related requests and provide day-to-day support throughout the booking process.
- Support the management of relationships with travel agencies, booking platforms and other external providers.
- Help monitor travel expenses and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate cost tracking.
Mobility & Relocation
- Support international mobility activities, including international assignments, secondments and relocations.
- Assist with visa, work permit and immigration processes in coordination with external providers.
- Support relocating employees with the administrative activities required before departure and upon arrival.
- Help maintain mobility-related documentation and ensure information and records are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with the team on mobility activities involving different countries and international subsidiaries.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or currently completing a degree, in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Languages, International Relations or a related field.
- Strong interest in corporate travel, international mobility and HR processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, reliable and service-oriented approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
Location: Hybrid remote and Milan Offices.
