We are thrilled to open the selection for a key role within our structure: Head Chef.This leader will have the opportunity to guide the kitchen of a 5‑star hotel, contributing to the creation of memorable gastronomic experiences for our guests.As Head Chef, you will be the operational point of reference for the kitchen, working in close contact with the Executive Chef to translate our culinary vision into daily reality.From brigade management and menu supervision to dish quality and operational sustainability, your contribution will be essential to guarantee excellence, innovation, and consistency with brand standards.Our headquarters: The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection.Key ResponsibilitiesCulinary Operations & ExcellenceOversee all kitchen operations: restaurants, in‑room dining, events, and banqueting.Create and refine menus, seasonal proposals, and signature dishes.Guarantee quality, presentation, food safety, and process optimization.Promote sustainable practices and utilize new management technologies.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and develop the brigade (Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Demi, Commis, and Apprentice).Train, motivate, and grow the team, contributing to an inclusive and positive environment.Promote a professional who leads with empathy, integrity, and a collaborative spirit.Monitor food cost, inventory, recipes, and economic KPIs.Collaborate with Procurement, Banqueting, Stewarding, Marketing, and other departments.Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a professional who is an:Head Chef with experience in high‐level culinary contexts (luxury hospitality).Possessing solid culinary technique (classic and modern), strong organizational capacity, and creative vision.A leader who knows how to inspire, manage, and build a culture of excellence.An individual open to experimentation, capable of adaptation and innovation, who puts the wellbeing of the team and guests at the center of their work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
