The ideal candidate has proven experience leading kitchen operations, ensuring quality, creativity, and efficient service delivery. This role will be responsible for coordinating the kitchen brigade, managing the menu, and overseeing cost control.ResponsibilitiesPlanning, creating, and updating seasonal menusSupervising and coordinating the entire kitchen teamEnsuring consistent quality and presentation of dishesManaging orders, supplier relations, and inventory controlMonitoring food costs and minimizing wasteEnsuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)RequirementsProven experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in professional environmentsStrong leadership and organizational skillsCreativity and passion for high-quality cuisineIn-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and gastronomic trendsAbility to perform under pressure in fast‑paced settingsWhat We OfferContract type: seasonalAccommodation availableMeals providedOpportunities for professional growth within the companyDynamic and collaborative work environmentOngoing training and access to development courses#J-18808-Ljbffr
