Il nostro prestigioso resort, JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa , è alla ricerca di un Pastry Chef creativo, appassionato e orientato all’eccellenza per la stagione 2026.Ruolo: Pastry Chef (Capo Pasticcere)Progettare, creare e presentare dessert, dolci e prodotti da forno di altissima qualità, in linea con gli standard JW Marriott.Sviluppare menù dessert innovativi e stagionali per ristoranti, banchetti ed eventi speciali.Supervisionare tutte le operazioni del laboratorio di pasticceria, garantendo ordine, igiene e rispetto delle norme HACCP.Controllare costi, food cost e approvvigionamenti, assicurandosi dell’utilizzo di ingredienti di alta qualità.Garantire un servizio eccellente in occasione di eventi, matrimoni e banchetti di lusso.Almeno 3–5 anni di esperienza in pasticceria di alta gamma, preferibilmente in hotel di lusso.Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche di pasticceria moderna e tradizionale.Programmi di formazione continua e possibilità di cross training in altri reparti per ampliare le competenze.Alloggio per il personale, riservato a chi proviene da fuori Venezia.Il portfolio di brand di Marriott International include sia JW Marriott che Marriott Hotels.
