La nostra piattaforma proprietaria digitalizza completamente i rapporti banca-impresa, monitora il rating bancario e la Centrale dei Rischi e semplifica l’accesso al credito, permettendo alle aziende di ridurre fino al 40% gli oneri finanziari, dimezzare i tempi di accesso al credito e risparmiare fino al 50% delle ore-uomo dedicate alla gestione dei rapporti bancari, abbattere il costo del denaro. Con oltre 100 aziende già clienti e più di 1 miliardo di affidamenti monitorati, siamo stati selezionati dalla Banca d’Italia Sandbox e inseriti nei case study del G20 dell’Indonesia come progetto fintech ad alto impatto sistemico. Ora stiamo costruendo il nostro team Sales Development e cerchiamo un BDR con esperienza, pronto a fare la differenza. Cosa faraiRicerca e nuove opportunità di vendita: identificare nuovi lead qualificati (CFO, CEO, Finance Director) in PMI e Corporate con fatturato >10M€. Cold Calling & Outreach: contattare i prospect con telefonate, email personalizzate e LinkedIn messages, con l’obiettivo di fissare meeting di primo livello. Analisi e prequalifica: condurre discovery call, raccogliendo informazioni chiave su rapporti bancari, fabbisogni finanziari e pain points. Lead nurturing: integrare attività outbound con campagne email (Apollo, Dynamics CRM) e materiali marketing. Collaborazione: lavorare a stretto contatto con Sales e Marketing per affinare script, messaggi e strategie di targeting. Reportistica: tracciare attività e conversioni su CRM (Dynamics 365) e produrre insight per ottimizzare la pipeline.Chi cerchiamo Esperienza:almeno 6 mesi come BDR/SDR in contesti B2B, idealmente SaaS, fintech o servizi alle imprese.Competenze:dimestichezza con cold calling e attività outbound; conoscenza operativa di strumenti di lead generation (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM); capacità analitiche per valutare dati e KPI di prospecting.Soft skills:proattività e resilienza (sai che la prima “no” è solo l’inizio); comunicazione chiara e incisiva, con particolare attenzione a interlocutori C-level; orientamento al risultato e mentalità data-driven.Nice to have:esperienza su strumenti di sales automation (HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay); conoscenza del settore finance/banking.Cosa offriamoPiano di crescita: percorso chiaro verso
