MANAGING DIRECTOR - CHANGE MANAGEMENT & DIGITAL ADOPTION Per il nostro cliente, società leader nel proprio settore, siamo alla ricerca di un / una che guiderà e svilupperà la business unit “Change & Digital Adoption” (focalizzata su formazione, coaching e programmi di upskilling) per farne un asset strategico per l’azienda, evolvendo l’offerta e ampliandone l’impatto a livello nazionale e internazionale. Le principali responsabilità della figura saranno : Guidare e sviluppare il business della BU con ownership piena di P&L, go-to-market, sviluppo dell’offerta e team leadership. Evolvere e potenziare il posizionamento dell’offerta formativa (training, coaching, programmi blended) in modo distintivo sul mercato, differenziando contenuti e modalità rispetto alla concorrenza. Espandere la presenza internazionale, in particolare presso clienti enterprise già in portafoglio o nuovi clienti nei principali mercati europei. Integrare e valorizzare tecnologie di Intelligenza Artificiale generativa e data-driven learning nei programmi formativi, in sinergia con le altre BU dell’azienda. Costruire partnership strategiche con università, centri di formazione, content provider e player tecnologici. Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di leadership nel settore della formazione corporate, del digital learning, del change management o della digital transformation. Background in aziende di consulenza, training firm, società tech / HR tech o all’interno di team di innovation / learning & development in grandi imprese. Esperienza concreta nello sviluppo di offerte formative scalabili e innovative, idealmente con integrazione di tecnologie digitali / AI. Visione strategica e imprenditoriale. Solida esperienza in go-to-market B2B e business development. Conoscenza delle dinamiche HR, L&D, change e transformation nei contesti enterprise. Capacità di leadership e gestione team multidisciplinari. Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di una terza lingua europea è un plus. Familiarità con modelli di blended learning, coaching, learning platform e contenuti digitali (LXP, LMS, microlearning, ecc.).
