In pochi anni ha scalato a livello europeo, supportata da importanti round di investimento e da una visione chiara: semplificare processi complessi attraverso una tecnologia accessibile, scalabile e integrabile. La tua missione Sarai parte del team commerciale italiano, con un focus sullo sviluppo dei clienti esistenti. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il team Customer Success, Marketing e Product, per costruire relazioni di valore, presidiare i processi decisionali e generare impatto reale in termini di adozione e crescita della piattaforma.Gestirai il ciclo di vendita end-to-end, dalla generazione dell'opportunità fino alla chiusura Lavorerai con il portafoglio clienti esistente per stimolare lo sviluppo della piattaforma Costruirai relazioni solide con interlocutori chiave (C-level, Operations, IT, Procurement) Collaborerai con il team Marketing su campagne e attività di lead generation Contribuirai alla definizione delle strategie commerciali locali, fornendo feedback strutturato al team centrale Ti muoverai agilmente tra trattative complesse e cicli decisionali articolati, con focus su valore e ROI Lavorerai in modo ibrido, con base preferenziale su Milano e trasferte regolari presso clienti Hai 4/5 anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali in ambito SaaS B2B, preferibilmente su mercati mid-market o enterprise Hai lavorato sullo sviluppo di clienti esistenti Sei abituato/a a vendere soluzioni complesse e ad alto valore aggiunto Hai un approccio consulenziale e data-driven Hai una buona padronanza dell'inglese Hai una forte motivazione a lavorare in un contesto in crescita, dinamico e internazionale Pacchetto retributivo (con auto) su cui ci confronteremo nell'ambito del nostro primo colloquio Ruolo con visibilità e impatto diretto sul business Team ambizioso, internazionale, con leadership accessibile e pragmatica Possibilità di crescita in una realtà in forte espansione Ambiente orientato a performance, ownership e autonomia operativaSesto San Giovanni, Lombardy, Italy #J-18808-Ljbffr
