OverviewEnergica is entering a new phase of growth following a strategic reset. This is a rare opportunity tobuild and scale the European commercial engineof a premium performance EV motorcycle brand - with full ownership, real autonomy, and board-level visibility. We’re looking for ahands-on Head of Sales – Europe : a commercial leader who can close, fix, scale, and innovate - someone who understands the realities of complex dealer/importer structures and knows how to turn them into high-performing networks. This is not a passive channel role. This is abuilder’s role . What You’ll OwnPerformance of80 to 100+ dealer / importer relationshipsacross multiple markets Design and execution of Energica’sEuropean go-to-market strategy Sales pipeline, conversion, and dealer productivity - end to end Implementation ofAI-driven lead generation and CRM intelligenceto improve demand capture and close rates What You’ll DoBuild, restructure, and optimize complex European dealer & importer networks Fix underperforming markets; scale high-potential ones Personally close strategic dealers and partnerships Leverage AI tools for lead sourcing, qualification, forecasting, and market intelligence Createout-of-the-box sales initiatives(motorsport adjacency, brand partnerships, experiential retail, fleet & special programs) Represent Energica at key industry, motorsport, and dealer events Maintain disciplined reporting, forecasting, and execution cadence Who We’re Looking ForExperience & Track Record 8–15+ years in sales leadership within motorcycles, automotive, motorsport, or premium mobility Proven responsibility formulti-country European sales Demonstrated success managingdealer/importer models Experience rebuilding or scaling markets—not just maintaining them Education Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field preferred) MBA or equivalent is a plus, not a requirement Languages English: Mandatory (professional fluency) Italian: Strongly encouraged(spoken and written) Third European language (French, German, Spanish, etc.): Optional but a strong advantage Mindset & Style Hustler with strategic depth Highly organized, data-driven, and execution-focused Creative thinker with unconventional but practical ideas Comfortable with ambiguity, pressure, and high expectations Motorcycle / motorsport enthusiast strongly preferred—you understand the culture, not just the spreadsheet Why EnergicaRare chance to shape the European future of an iconic performance EV brand Clean slate to buildmodern, AI-enabled sales systems Direct access to leadership and board Real autonomy, real accountability, real impact Interested or know someone exceptional?
