Per la nostra sede di Cardano al Campo (VA), siamo alla ricerca di un TRAFFIC COORDINATOR;ResponsabilitàOrganizzazione e controllo delle spedizioni, di trasporti eccezionali, in sagoma, pericolosi e non, in tutto il mondo, nel rispetto delle tempistiche di commessa.Rapporto diretto con i clienti per l'organizzazione di trasporti, reportistica e risoluzioni di problemi logistici.Pianificazione di attività di logistica in accordo con il team di progetto e il project manager.Controllo di emissione documenti per importazione / esportazione.Gestione importazioni / esportazioni definitive e temporanee.Rapporto con intermediari doganali e risoluzione problemi.Consulenza a supporto del sales department per la realizzazione di gare.Gestione e controllo dei magazzini e controllo dei magazzini di appoggio.Selezione dei fornitori, trattive costi di spedizione sia per trasporti singole che per gare di appalto relative alle spedizione di un intero progetto / commessa.Trattativa ed emissione di ordini di acquisto relativi a trasporti e gare di appalto.Approvazione fatture passive.Non è previsto coordinamento di risorse.QualifichePer la selezione in oggetto è richiesta :buona conoscenza sia scritta che parlata della lingua ingleseconoscenza di norme doganali, accordi di libero scambio , norme per il transito di merce pericolosa ed eccezionale.pregressa e solida esperienza nel ruolocapacità a lavorare in team, nel rispetto delle tempistiche di commesse#J-18808-Ljbffr
