Executive Producer

We design and implement strategies, projects, and communication campaigns to build and strengthen the relationship between brands/companies and their stakeholders. Then we’re looking for you What a Producer does The Producer is responsible for the project budget and its profitability. Their role includes assessing project feasibility during the proposal phase, allocating or estimating costs, and—once the project becomes operational—ensuring flawless execution by optimizing the pre-production allocations and supervising suppliers. During the event, the Producer ensures constant oversight, coordinating suppliers, professionals, and the venue. What you will doYou will be part of the operational and management team on assigned projects You will participate in supplier research and request comparative quotes You will research and propose solutions and locations You will actively contribute to budget creation You will liaise with suppliers You will attend events, shootings, and productions, including on-site, undertaking operational rolesThe skills we are looking forBasic knowledge of main event types (brand activation, integrated events, B2B, celebratory events, installation-based events, etc.) Basic knowledge of key production areas (permits, locations, setups, AVL, logistics, staffing, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to use project management platforms Skills in the economic management of projects (quotations, POs, final budget reconciliation)The personal qualities we are looking forStrong organizational skills, precision, and sense of priorities Excellent teamwork skills Proactivity, autonomy, and responsibility Problem-solving attitude and resistance to stress Team spirit and result orientation Flexibility, dynamism, and a positive mindsetHow to apply Send us your CV (and any relevant portfolio or case studies).
