This is not a traditional sales role. You’ll own programs, test ideas, and help shape our GTM motion from day one. You’ll blend classic BDR pipeline work with ecosystem‑building: connecting with model creators, AI startups, researchers, and developers exploring open-model deployment. If you're an entrepreneur that loves early‑stage GTM, enjoys experimenting with new outreach strategies, and wants to work directly with exec‑team in a fast‑moving AI environment, you’ll feel at home here.What You’ll Own Immediately Build & qualify pipeline across developers, founders, research labs, and AI startupsManage outreach sequences (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n)Re‑engage existing sign‑ups and subscribers; identify high‑value usersCoordinate partner calls & discovery meetings with the CRO and foundersTrack CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reportingSupport partnership programs and early co‑selling motionsPropose creative GTM experiments and new partnership opportunitiesCore Responsibilities Prospect and qualify outbound opportunitiesHandle inbound interest and schedule discovery callsManage partner relationships with creators, labs, and dev communitiesMaintain CRM hygiene and lead scoringCollaborate with DevRel on co‑marketing and ecosystem initiativesWhat You Bring 1–3 years in BDR, SDR, partnerships, or growth (AI or dev tools a bonus)Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers)Excellent written and verbal communication – concise, credible, humanEntrepreneurial and self‑driven – you operate independently and get things doneHighly organized with clean CRM habitsFamiliar with HubSpot, Clay, n8n, or similar toolsBonus: basic understanding of LLMs, APIs, or model deploymentWhy Featherless Work directly with founders on high‑impact partnerships and GTM strategyLearn the full AI infrastructure sales funnel – from self‑serve to enterpriseBuild your network across one of the fastest‑growing open AI ecosystemsBe part of a small, technical team making open AI accessible to everyoneCompensation USD $50-120K based on locationSeniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries Technology, Information and InternetReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Featherless AI by 2x.Get notified about new Business Development Representative jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
