We’re looking for a Contracting Manager, Italy to lead and further develop our Italy contracting function and help make that happen.In this role, you’ll have primary accountability for managing and improving supplier contracts across Italy, ensuring we secure the best possible rates while maintaining high-quality service and strong relationships. You’ll lead the Italy Contracting team, oversee contracting systems, and play a key role in improving trip profitability. Working closely with the Destination Product Manager – Italy, you’ll support the development of new itineraries and contract services that meet client needs, while collaborating with Operations, Reservations and Finance teams.This is a varied, commercially focused role suited to someone with strong contracting and negotiation experience, people management capability, and a solid understanding of the Italian travel industry. You’ll be comfortable balancing supplier relationships with commercial outcomes, driving continuous improvement, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
