Humangest , a staffing and recruitment agency specialized in personnel search and selection, is looking on behalf of a client operating in the Public Transport Software sector for a Junior International SalesDepartment: Commercial / Business DevelopmentReporting to: CEO / Head of SalesJob DescriptionThe selected candidate will support the company’s international commercial development, contributing to the promotion and sale of innovative software solutions for public transport systems . This is a junior role with strong growth potential , designed for candidates eager to build an international sales career in a technology-driven and highly impactful sector.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of international sales activities in line with company objectivesIdentify and qualify new business opportunities across foreign marketsAssist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, public authorities, transport operators, and local partnersSupport the evaluation and preparation of public tenders and commercial proposalsParticipate in the sales cycle phases: lead generation, solution presentation, follow-up, and negotiation supportCollaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Delivery) to tailor solutions to customer needsMonitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback, reporting insights to senior managementRepresent the company at international fairs, events, and meetings, alongside senior sales figuresContribute to the definition of medium-term commercial strategies and market expansion plansRequirementsDegree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or related fields1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles, preferably in B2B or technology environmentsInterest in international markets, public sector projects, or smart mobility solutionsBasic understanding of B2B sales dynamics; exposure to public tenders is a plusStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsFluent English (minimum C1) ; Spanish is a plus, other languages are welcomeWillingness to travel internationally on an occasional basisContract and CompensationDirect hire by the company, with:Permanent contract (Italian National Collective Labour Agreement – Metalworking Industry)Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €45,000 – €65,000 , aligned with international market standards, plus:Travel expenses reimbursementDaily international per diemLocation: Florence, Italy – Full RemoteHumangest is an equal opportunity employer and promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace.The selection process will take place in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), with prior consent from the candidate.All genders are welcome to apply (L.903/77).
