About usFlutter, the world’s largest online sports betting and iGaming group listed on the London and New York stock exchanges, is home to the Southern Europe & Africa (SEA) region, featuring iconic brands like Sisal, Snai and PokerStars, a globally loved brand that embodies innovation and ambition, with significant growth potential in a dynamic market.What you’ll do :Join the team People and in particular the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding area, reporting directly to Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager Shared Services.Be actively involved in :Leading the full recruitment cycle for assigned Technology, Product and Operations positions, including job briefings with hiring managers, sourcing strategies, screening, interviews, and candidate management.Lead job briefings and advisory sessions with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, providing insights on market trends, talent availability and competitive benchmarks.Monitoring and optimizing recruitment performance metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, candidate experience, etc.) through data-driven reporting using Workday and other HR tools.Contributing to the continuous improvement of the candidate experience, ensuring a high level of engagement and professionalism throughout the process.Coordinating projects related to early careers and talent pipeline development, including internship programs and graduate initiatives.Designing and implementing targeted employer branding initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including universities and employer branding partners.What you’ll bring :Consistent experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding in structured and fast-paced environments;Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes;A degree in Humanities, Economics or Law; a Master’s in Human Resources or a related field is a plus;A proactive and data-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team;Strong organizational and project management skills, with a hands‑on attitude;Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g. Workday) and recruitment analytics;Fluency in both English and Italian, with good written and verbal communication skills.Why choose us :Fixed‑term contract – 12 months with Hybrid Work.Meal Allowance.Supplemental Health Insurance.The option to join our company share saving scheme.Choose us also for :An inclusive work environment and participate in all our initiatives focused on Diversity & Inclusion.Well‑Being Support: online meditation courses, medical online service and counselling with the help of certified psychologists and coaches.Learning and Development: access a platform full of training courses, join workshops, conferences.
