On behalf of a renowned High Luxury Brand we are recruiting the following profile to join their HQ in Rome: VIC & CLIENTELING DIRECTOR Ensure effective governance of the High End client database, guaranteeing data accuracy and collaborating closely with CRM, IT and Data Compliance teams University degree in Business Management or a related discipline At least 10 years' experience in Client Strategy, Client Development or Clienteling, preferably within Luxury, High Jewelry or Haute Horlogerie, in an international environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is considered a plus
