Imperial Brands is home to a diverse community of 25,000 colleagues worldwide, and we’re now looking for a talented Personal Assistant to support our General Manager in Rome.In this pivotal role, you’ll provide high‑level administrative and organisational support, working closely with senior stakeholders and becoming a trusted partner in the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations.Principle AccountabilitiesManages the General Manager’s diary, schedules meetings, and coordinates appointments.Provides support to the Cluster Team, including organising external meetings and preparing agendas and minutes.Arranges internal and external meetings, coordinating availability and ensuring all logistics are in place.Prepares meeting packs, agendas, briefing notes, and other executive materials as required.Oversees office logistics for the GM, including room bookings, equipment needs, and acting as the first point of contact for queries.Coordinates travel arrangements, prepares related documentation, and supports managers with meetings and events.Skills and Experience RequiredProven experience in similar roles, including event planning and communications.Exceptional organisational abilities with strong time‑management skills.Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Adaptable and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.Advanced IT proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and the full Microsoft Office suite.Fluent in spoken and written English, with willingness and ability to travel as required.What We OfferIn return for playing your part in building our future, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package with salary, bonus scheme and further benefits as well inspiring places to work and collaborate with purpose.
