As we expand our overseas markets, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and channel management in key regions. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned overseas markets. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors. Manage sales pipelines, negotiate major deals, and ensure timely contract execution and delivery. Collaborate with marketing teams to design region-specific campaigns and promotions. Track market trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Lead, coach, and mentor the regional sales team to achieve sales objectives and foster a high-performance culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales of heavy equipment, including Reach Stackers, Empty Container Handlers, Heavy Duty Forklifts, or Telehandlers. Proven track record in international sales, business development, and dealer/channel management. Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multicultural teams. Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
