OverviewProduct Owner – Logistic Solutions. Logistics Reply is a rapidly evolving company that provides a SaaS platform (LEA Reply) for Supply Chain Management to leading enterprises worldwide. This is a full-time position based in Milan, with a hybrid workplace arrangement between office and smart working.ResponsibilitiesProduct ownership and design: take end-to-end ownership of specific functional areas within the LEA Reply suite, defining and shaping the evolution of our logistics solutions. Translate operational and business requirements into product specifications, functional stories, and clear priorities for the development team.Process and functional expertise: bring deep understanding of logistics processes—warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows, cross-docking, inventory, and order management—to design intuitive and effective application scenarios.Collaboration and coordination: work closely with functional analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of product features. Be accountable for the functional design quality, providing direction and feedback throughout the implementation cycle.Customer insight and innovation: leverage your logistics background to anticipate customer needs, identify opportunities for process improvement, and help shape the roadmap of next-generation warehouse and supply chain solutions.QualificationsAcademic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.Valuable experience: 4–6 years in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within structured organizations such as 3PLs, manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce. Previous exposure to WMS or logistics IT solutions is a strong plus.Product mindset: ability to translate operational challenges into product requirements and to guide development teams with clarity and ownership.Soft skills: strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
